Yes, it falls under "individual medical complications". I was speaking to the "MSG is bad under any circumstances" crowd. Here, in the SF Bay Area, we have quite a few of those. The point is that Hatha Yoga teaches many benefits of MSG. It's also been used for over 4,000 years with no disasterous effects, by a very large segment of humanity.

Also, if you don't have high-blood pressure, eating large amounts of sodium will not give it to you. Any more than eating white sugar will give you diabetes.
