Why of course! If you take the gravitational acceleration constant, multiply it by the spring constant and then take that whole works and mulktiply it by the amount of newtons told to you by the newton meter the carrots are hanging off of, and again multiply that whole works by the cost of carrots per newton meter, you'll have the final cost of your carrots!
- Do you use any of these equations anywhere outside of the classroom?

I won't bother to answerthe rest, hehe... Just wanted to point out the typical teachers (or rather, the typical teachers that I ever had, and I had a lot of them) faults at being unpractical, non-conductive to learning, and egotistical in a "I'm bigger than you and you're a student so you don't knwo as much as I do" way. Which is bad... Anyway, yeah, typical teacher around here. =P
Can you tell I'm not all that enthused with my high school experience? Probebly why I dropped out and got myself an IT career *rofl* Oh wait, no I didn't, because you need high school to go into college (not true, I've been there too) and college to get into a computer career. So far I have no credentials and have a rather nice job :) Okay, my boss leaves a bit to be desired, but what boss doesn't?
