might also be helped by purchasing things made in USA instead of china. We have a huge trade deficit with china -- we buy a lot more from them than they buy from us. As I mentioned earlier, I am especially appalled at the cheap pseudo-patriotic crap made in china. People, PLEASE, don't try to show your patriotism by sending dollars to prc! Sometimes it can't be helped -- just try to find a surge suppressor strip that ISN'T made in china! But whenever possible, I avoid it.... just take the time to check the fine print.
