Note that this is not the official code yet!
But, all codes are parsed the same way now (ie. everything between the code itself and a period or a blank space is an 'attribute', everything after the period is a modifier. Some of the codes have changed slightly, a few minor things disappeared, a few things changed their attributes.
Basically, the code (once official) will have a format that will not change, so that parsers and encoders will not break so easily with future version. Basically, anything in future will just be a code addition.
