but what is so wrong with Harry Potter? by Linfalgamo 2001-10-21 00:58:15
Sure its popular, and sure all the kids read it, and all the bible thumpers banned it. But its actually a cute little series of books. I wouldn't say that it is astounding literature that every person in the world should read, but then again, can't you just sit down with a book to enjoy the story, not really paying attention to the "deeper meaning". Although that isn't to say that Harry Potter doesn't have any "deeper meanings", it has some nice ideas and trys to provide good morals and ideals for life even if they are through a fantasy book for "kids". :)

and OMG I was just rambling on and I don't feel like going back and making any of that make any sense, don't mind me, I'm tired and going to sleep now :)))
