Having quickly skimmed through some of the responses to the above cartoon, I would like to say that this cartoon does not make fun of any member of the military. We all KNOW that any member of the armed forces deserves all the support they can get.

After the Falklands war there were 3 Royal Marine Commandos who became fairly succesful cartoonists due to their experience of war, and that they pointed out some of the absurdities which where encountered.

Please, everybody, take this in the spirit in which it was intended, i.e. to provide a little light entertainment.
