I believe the idea of the comic is not to demean the military or what any individuals have gone through for this country. What I take from these last three comics is the frustration, the stress, an individual in Technical Support receives from the position of supporting individuals that don't have... well basically a clue on how to fix the issues themselves. Those in similiar jobs see someone poking fun at the customer, but also portraying to those who do work in those "Front line" jobs that he (Illiad) knows what we going through and sympathises. Before you tell someone to "Please get a fscking clue..." I'd suggest you heed you own advice and look deeper into the message of the comic. Where does one go when you are stressed over a situation? You go where like minded individuals are, who would understand the stress and the hardships of a battle. Thank you Illiad and thank you to the Veteran's who've helped make this country.
