As I posted down below ( previous post ) I believe that the humor is in the absurdity. I don't think that tech support is anywhere even close to war, which is why Greg's behavior is so absurd. Hope I'm not feeding a troll here, but relax DaVinMan, it just a comic stip. Its meant to make you laugh by presenting a distorted reflection of life. Kind of like those fun house mirrors that make people look short or tall or skinny or fat. It takes reality and bends it around a little for our amusement.
