Speaking as one who is both a combat veteran (Vietnam, 68-69, 173d ABN BDE) and a Unix system administrator, I have no problems with the story line. I know just how stressful tech support can be, and there are times when I would almost prefer to be back in the Nam (note that I said, "almost"). I agree with the Lobo, most of the people who would complain were REMFs. Keep up the good work, Illiad.
