Okay, I'm sure this was only a small, stupid, just-tried-to-make-a-joke statement, but I'll correct you anyway:

Did you ever read the RFC 1855? As nearly all RFCs, this is a well proofed to be successful standard. It contains many useful rules and hints, especially for beginners. There should be more translations into other languages of this one. All the rules are well-thought out and used for decades. There is no reason to break it, all rules are logical and self-explaining. IMHO, The only senseful exception are admins who perform security checks or technical tests/improvements.
