This is based on you saying that you can't give her a timeframe because you don't know what she/her company wants...
Tell her that: "Because of some confusion related to the identification of needed features, I can't give you a meaningful time estimate. I think the department doing the development could really use some more input. If you could contact them at <insert name(s), phone number(s), etc.>, it would be much appreciated."
At best, maybe it will kick-start the development process (yeah, riiiight...). At worst, it will hopefully get her off your back for a while. |
