Diplomatic answer help to a (l)user by Spisefisken2001-10-10 00:20:54
  Solution by Y2KDragon 2001-10-10 06:21:50
Ask that person for their full name, address, phone number, e-mail, and any other personal information you can. When she asks why, you tell her that you are taking this information so she can be contacted directly by your marketing department just as soon as they have the solution she is looking for. Feel free to give out the name and phone numbers of any marketing staff you have a personal grudge with at the time. This will make her happy, get her off your back, and may even get her to bother someone else for a change.
