Every Day Sunshine
Every day sunshine,
Every day sunshine.
(Repeat ad nauseam, and then some more, for all eternity)
I heard this one a month ago in an art exhibition called Loop. The artist had exchanged the glass in the window for a sheet of yellow plexiglass, and mounted several speakers to the wall playing this song (sung to an elevator-music-like tune - so soothing it hurts, if you know what I mean) over and over again. Stand by the thing for twenty minutes and experience the feeling of your brain being gradually turned into cream cheese. It's a cloudless sky over Bavaria today, and while driving home I was reminded of the exhibition. I now understand what the guy was trying to say. |
