.. but i had to share.
a little while ago i couldnt connect so i called support. they didnt have their regular "we are experiencing problems.." recording.. so i talked to a tech support guy... i told him the deal and what i tried to do. his response : "oh. then there must be a problem." WELL DUH. i ask "well what is it?" he says "maybe server probs?" dont you KNOW how the server is?
then he gets a msg that the server's down (as usual). i ask why its so often, he goes "oh, the power probably went off." *hello*.. dont you use ups? and backup servers?
then i taught him what netstat does :p
GET A BRAIN.
:)

p.s. i do tech support too, but my customers hardly get as annoyed as i was..
