It's ten to midnight and I'm about an hour away from finishing a 12hr shift. I'm starting to feel tired and make stupid errors such as typing the command 'make' with all the letters in the wrong positions. I also have a 15min drive home. Do I O/D on caffeine now, and ensure I'll stay awake for the rest of the shift and the drive home, but preventing me sleeping when I get there? Or do I abstain and risk falling asleep at the wheel / on my keyboard?
