I don't like Winword by phenyl 2001-10-08 00:44:56
Well, sometimes I'm helping a neighbour biochemistry student with her diploma work. She's doing it in Winword. Nice red crosses she showed me once where the images where.
We to format a page, there was no way of deleting a paragraph separation.
Problems with moving image boxes.
An equation in the text yields a completely random line-spacing.

Everytime I see winword, I'm glad doing my diploma work with LyX/LaTeX. It looks like being professionally printed, I don't have to worry about the formatting.
P.S. I know, I'm a wimp for not using emacs(or vi) to write my TeX-files :-)
