it's just not interesting when there's no one to appreciate it but you, so I'm out of practice. I have some experience, though it's 14 yrs. ago, as a sous-chef at the Landmark Casino in Vegas. The chef insulted my parentage, and called me a barbarian, for suggesting that since he'd run out of cubed beef, that he could use ground beef in Stroganoff.
