cuz I can do the 500 pound leg presses with ease. (except for the fact it really freakin hurts my knees) I was getting stronger and stronger though until I took a month off to drive around visiting ufies and family members and other friends. I used to have bad wrists, I got carpal symptoms all the time. I was told carpal is not real, it's just overly strong muscles on one side. I began doing wrist curls (I'm up to 35 on each wrist now) and all the pain went away. I also curl at 50lbs. so I'm definately glad off the stronger wrists. When I was a kid we had a universal home gym thingy. No one ever used it and it got rather dusty so we got rid of it. I'm not a big fan of going to the gym by myself and make sure to go during low volume hours to reduce human contact. I'll take swords for $500 Alex. That's "s" words you ninny. hehe. I thought swords were symbols of war?
