ick... I've been in that position too and you can't exactly use a hot cloth that easy there either. What I did when that happened was put my warm coffee cup semi resting on it to warm up up my achy knee(or arm/hand). But it depends on where it hurts if that would help at all. If its happened before if you have a microwave at work you might want to get a gel pack sometime. Then just put it in your desk or whatever and nuke it as needed.
