Also, I don't think he's really trolling this time. I mean, if he was, he'd have rebuked Pearl for moving in on AJ without checking with all the other female staff members first to be sure none of them were trying to pursue something meaningful with AJ before trying to woo him with her Quantum Physics. He may have also called for the Chief to step in and put a stop to office romances, pointing at the policy handbook they all surely signed when starting work at CI.

But he didn't do any of this, so I can safely assume that he's posting something worthwhile.
