| I liked yesterday's cartoon. I wondered, though, what tack Illiad would take in the days to come. TV networks, movie distributors, etc., always can just push back the release date. What do you do if you have to produce daily content? I think by acknowledging what happened in the "real world", the author of the strip made the characters more "real" themselves. He doesn't feel the need to tiptoe around the subject or whisk the characters off to a more acceptable location--he just says hey, this wouldn't be funny, there's some things you can't laugh about.
