Escpeccially since the killing still goes on.

http://www.cnn.com/2001/WORLD/europe/09/12/mideast.jenin/index.html

People are killed just because they live in a refugee camp thats allegdedly a "center for terror activity"

I've tought about it some and asked myself why would I never believe the US or the Islamic world in general is evil. One of the main reasons is, I think because I know some of these people either personally or over the web.

In the last decades a lot of City-Partnerships happend between European cities and the US. My former Hometown Crailsheim,Germany was the first to have a partnership with Worthingtion,Minnesota in 1947.
It helped a lot to build the understanding between our two countrys in those difficult years after the war.

Since last year they've formed partnerships with Jurbarkas in Lithuania and Bilgoraj in Poland to help these countrys in their difficult times

That's whats needed in the world I think, more people talking to the peolple on a lower level then the big government meetings. What about a US (or any other western) city forming a partnership which Jenin, Palestine ?

It's harder to kill someone you know
