I agree the distraction is nice...
Chocolate: Purdys, Roger's and a few others are yum... that are canadian tho we also get somethings imported like toberlone, skor, and pokey from europe, asia, etc...(chocolate is noursement lol it has dairy in it... lol ok its not healthy but what the heck) Oh and carnation hot cocoa with the little marshmellows(they also make irish cream, machintosh toffee, etc flavours but I like milk chocolate one).
Chips: Ms. Vickies and Old Dutch... Don't know if either of those sell in the US. In the US ruffles... yum...
Fries: Mc D's(I dunno but I like their fries in both countries... some of the coated fries I really don't like..), KFC's poutine(not sure if they have that in the US tho I know BK carries poutine tho I don't like that one), NY Fries Poutine or plain... yum...
Burgers: BK's vegitarian ones, A&W Grilled Chicken or Mozza with fried onion, BK's whopper with bacon and cheese, White Spots Monty Mushroom, and DQ's Ultimate.
Subs: Subway melt and clubs. Fresgo's subs...
Take Out: Safeways Chinese food when in a rush. Also their specialty pizza. They also have sushi tho there are several little sushi places that do it fresh(along with some other japanse foods). Then of course there are the various diffrent types of take out around from little restaurants...
With coffee I'm no sure I don't drink much of it. I find the tea in the US strong sometimes but same can be said here... its just at restaurants the water is so hot, etc it brews fast/strong. I do like international coffee's for a quick flavoured coffee when I'm in the mood tho. Usually the white swiss mocha... but also orange cappicino, irish, and kaluha... I drink way more tea tho: english breakfast, lady grey, orange peko, earl grey, black current, genmai cha(rice green tea) and other green teas, etc. I'm not sure but stores might actually carry way more varieties of teas than of coffee's... |
