Illiad ... I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your sensitivity, compassion, and discretion....
In the dark shadow of such an overwhelming tragedy, many are feeling frustrated, powerless, and helpless. Illiad has chosen to use the strips of the past two days to try reach beyond that ghastly shadow in a positive, understanding way.
I hope that we can all find the grace and courage to follow his example, and as we are able, begin to light our own candles and continue to bring light and encouragement to the hurting, rather than merely curse the evil and succumb to the darkness.
