Oddly enough, that entire quote was taken from a statement he made in a radio broadcast 28 years. You can read it in its entirety here. The pieces that were stripped out for the email indicate Mr. Sinclair was speaking about the depreciation of the US dollar in Europe, but I suppose his sediments still ring true today. My apologies if this burst anyone's bubble about Mr. Sinclair's statement, but I didn't want it taken entirely out of context.
