Typically I am a Lurker, 1 or 2 smartalec response's, but seeing what I have I feel moved to speak. As a member of the US military and currently living in the DC area, I am appreciative and given much hope by the sympathies that have been given by all, yes all of them, Even the negative ones. One of the primary reasons that I joined the service was to support and defend the freedom that I had and am willing to temporarly suspend so that the current and future generation's will always have them. As reported the hospital ship USNS Comfort is steaming to provide relief to New York. I know people that will be on board, and hope they can return with all the spirt that they left with. All of you are great and I enjoy reading your comments, I don't always agree but... as I have said I will support your right to say it. Well Illiad, please continue on, don't let the terrorist's change anything, if they do, then they have won. Thanks to everyone. |
