right after the impact on the second building. just looking at it, you could tell it was going to collapse. a raging inferno smack in the middle of it, and thousands of tons of steel and concrete pushing down on a steadily weakening fracture. that's why the second building to be hit fell first. it was hit much lower, so there was more weight pushing down from the top. I thought the other one was going to stay up, but I was wrong there :-(
