...this post is probably going to hurt some people, even it is not my intention...
What happend in NY and Washington and was considered as an act of war against the western civilisation is a tragedy...I guess we are all aware of that.
I stopped watching CNN at 22.00 CET and I not do watch it now...so I might have lost track of some newest information...
But...I need to tell you and I do it with the "anonymity" of the net...I am afraid! Truly afraid!
Not mainly because such things may happen again...even in my country (but which is very unlikly in my opinion)...
Terroristic acts have been comitted in the past (and the WTC had been a target in 1993, right?) and will happen in the future...
No, I am mainly afraid of what MIGHT happen now...I said MIGHT...
All the hate and rage might let people loose their mind in a way that afraids me...
That there must be definitively an act of strike back...I agree...but HOW the some people want that strike back and how Bush is talking about is scares me...
There are still Human rights...still Convention made in Geneva for War..
ANd I am afraid, that the USA and its allies (NATO that is) does overgo them...makes them not valid anymore...
This acts in NY and Washington killed men, women and children as well...I am aware
But now killing civilian people just because there is a massive strike back is not good.
We are the western civilisation which believes in Human rights and Conventions...so let them show that we can win even with "fair" ways...
Dont kill their children because they killed ours...their children dont know better...dont blame them for the thing their parents drill them....
Well, I am just afraid...
For all of you I am sorry if I did disappoint and made you angry with my post....
and yes...I am not directly affected, so I "dont know how it is"....
But the though being as soldier in a war maybe getting the order killing people...children...makes me sad.
