Just in case some may take some comfort from it, I humbly offer the continuing Do-It-Yourself UFie Locator thread which has results periodically updated in my diary.
The whole point I started it was as a resource for the members of the UFie community (and visitors) to find UFies in their areas for on and off line socializing.
It occurs to me that at such a time as this it may be comforting even just to see that there are others near you, perhaps offering a further sense of connection and community. I especially encourage UFies from the affected areas (well, that could be the whole world, but anyway) to post who may like to connect with other UFies in a similar situation. Feel free, of course, to browse without posting, but I'm really hoping that many will make it a standing personal connection point by not only posting their locations and contact info, but also a bit about themselves, such as kickstart did yesterday in the main board.
