0) Start figuring how this can be prevented from happening again (if it can be prevented).
1) Figure out who did it.
2a) If it's a terrorist group, demand that whichever country(ies) is harboring them hand them over.
2b) If it's a country/government (not likely), invade, remove their government, and install a new one. (Not politically correct? Bad international manners? Tough.)
3) If the govenment harboring the terrorists cooperates, prosecute the terrorists and execute the SOBs. If they don't cooperate and hand over the terrorists, take them by force, then prosecute any that are still alive.
I'm not generally a person to advocate violence. But when it is appropriate to use it, I believe in swiftly and decisively making an example of the target. |
