That's not how the west was won. You hit the enemy fast, hard and constant until he begs to be allowed to submit. Then you mourn your dead. But, it most likely seems the Kabul attack is from rebel forces in Afghanistan. Probably encouraged by the bombing into thinking that we will support them if they rise up against the Taliban now. America's track record is a little shakey on this point, but maybe, for a change, we'll stand by someone who seems to be on our side.
