Very few people in the US would seriously condone the use of nuclear weoponry in response to a terrorist attack. As with WWII, nuclear force is a last resort. With few exceptions, anyone who says "We should nuke 'em" is speaking from anger or jest. Hopefully, Mr. Bush shares this opinion.
