I will be the first to say that I could be wrong about this, but here is my gut feeling: I don't think it was domestic terrorists. Here's why: The World Trade Center is a strange target for domestic terrorists. My guts tell me that if this was domestic, the terrorists would have aimed for exclusively governmental targets, such as the Pentagon (also hit) or other government buildings or landmarks. With our current lack of good information, I do think that any opinion is as good as any other. I also believe that if this was international terrorism, the terrorists really bit off much more than they will be able to chew when we find them.
