That's kind of how they should see it. Is it right to attack U.S citizens for something the U.S gov. did to their nation? There are millions in the U.S who don't play an active role in the U.S's policies and yet 10's of 1000's were attacked. Is it right to kill 5,000+ people to revenge whatever they're revenging.
