Yes, a lot of my co-workers are stirred up that the CIA was not aware of this. The gov spends countless dollars (I heard the figure, it was a lot) on intelligence gathering and this took them off guard? Thus on the news I heard there was a serious revamping of the whole intelligence gathering organizations. Basically they're going to redo it from the ground up and find out how and why this was missed and make sure it will never happen again. If there's one thing the gov hates, and the CIA, is looking like an uninformed idiot, especially when they pay so much to be informed.
