Clearly, this was not a one-man or even a five-man operation. There had to be huge amounts of money, time and effort spent on planning this, recruiting, training (they had to know how to fly a commercial liner, and that is not a one-week couse at the local community college), putting these guys in position, supplying them. Just the lines of communication had to be about a million miles long.
