I don't think that all out war will happen. And the only gun I personaly own is an old Daisy BB gun, but I know how to shoot and will fight for my country if need be. My father fought in Vietnam, my grandfather fought in WWII & many other family members have taken up the cause of defense of our country and our ideals as well as those of our allies.

The peace movement will have a hard time of it for a long time to come. In addition, I believe that many who complained about our policies in foreign countries in the past will sing a different tune now that the war has come to our continent.

The Oklahoma bombing was one thing, we could be somewhat rational about his fate. But, if these events are proved to caused by foreign terrorists there will be little compassion for them in this country.
P.S. my place of business (part of the USGS) is considered a likely target for these kind of attacks and it could have been me and my own who died.
The targets that were selected were more newsworthy than perhaps other sites that have more to do with our national security.
