If it turns out to be Osama Bin Laden, flatten Kabul, kill Afghans and Pakistanis until he's coughed up. If it turns out to be palestinians, wipe out palestine, every man, woman and child. Either way, then announce that the next time there's a terrorist attack on the U.S., Mecca will get a neutron bomb (no more pilgrimages.) It just depends on how serious the U.S. is about stopping terrorist attacks.
We really should turn the fighting of this war over to the Mafia. They've got the right kind of experience for it.
