Since we have a post specifically for blood, here's a site that gives the eligability guidelines for donating. I would like to note that if you're under 17 & over 110lbs, they MIGHT let you donate if you have your parent/legal guardian there, but that's only if the emergency is great enough, and they don't take a full pint. http://www.providence.org/losangeles/Blood%20Donor20Center/bdc/guideli nes.html
