But I heard the request on z95.3 and they asked people to just go to their local blood clinic and donate. That there is a shortage of blood in areas affected and it will help burn victims and others injured. Later we will probably hear on other relief efforts for now tho this is the only one I've heard of.

I think tho the clinics are probably listed in the white/blue pages... I searched MyBC.com and got a list of clinics from there. The main office for the Canadian Blood Services Bc & Yukon Centre is 604-879-6001 and its located at 4750 Oak st in Vancouver. I also found a list of their offices at MyBC.com... Also you might want to contact the RedCross and see if they also have any relief efforts planned. Here is the offical Canadian Blood Services website for all of Canada.
