Countries interact all the time and when diplomacy fails sometimes it comes to war. And if we had troops in a country without the consent of its government (Occuping it) rather than, for example the Gulf War, where we were invited in (Intervention), these acts against the Military or Comercial interests in that Land would be justified (Boston Tea Party). America currently isn't occuping another country.

I can't tell if I made my point or not, or even what point I was trying to make.
