who is currently hiding bin-Laden in Pakistan, has said that neither they nor bin-Laden was capable of this and is trying to point fingers at governments for doing this. I'm not convinced, myself, but I don't see what good placing blame will do at this point. Maybe later, but...right now it's just not important.
