They had on the radio that this group apprently claimed back about 2-3 weeks ago that they were going to do something like this because they were upset with the Camp David Accord. However the reporter noted a bunch of groups might try to take credit for this and they may take a bit to figure out who exactly did this. This too is apprently the anniversary of the Camp David Accord.
