nothing that would come to my mind (well, my mother tongue is Schwyzertütsch so there are some small differences )
But if you call someone by his first name (or nickname) you don't have to put something in front, only when using the polite form
I think, you can even reformulate the second part of the phrase to sound better using the conjunctive(? Konjunktiv, translation ??)
"Aber natürlich RRipley, das wäre sehr nett von dir. "
"Aber natürlich Herr Ripley, das wäre sehr nett von Ihnen."
