Did the same thing once and found a solution that should work on any Linux with ext2fs.
Download, Explore2fs http://freshmeat.net/projects/explore2fs/
and loadlin (should be on yor redhat cd)
With Explore2fs you can read your Linux partitions from Win, copy your kernel to win and then just configure loadlin to boot into your Linux partition.
Voila, youre Linux system is booted. From here it's just a matter of running lilo again and your system should be fixed.
