I pulled my biggest bummer yet! I installed Win-doze (For my games.) and it overwrote the lilo boot record. How do I get it back without a re install?

Config:
Primary master Seagate 2.1 600M PRI-DOS 1414M Linux Native+Swap.
Secondary master Seagate 40G.

OS
Primary master PRI-DOS has Win-doze 95 (OSR2).
