I dislike asking questions here because this is not really related, but the answers i seek are nowhere to find, so here it goes: i have an Athlon 1.2GHz with 640MB Ram PC133, on an EPoX mobo with an ATI Radeon 64DDR VIVO graphics card. 2.4.6 kernel direct from kernel.org, the problem is that i cannot get DRI working properly under XFree 4.1... if i use the kernel modules that came with the kernel i get a version incompatability, and if i compile the kernel modules that came with the XFree 4.1 i get a setPciBus error, dri will be disabled... yesterday i broke down and played Soldier of Fortune under windows, the radeon is supposed to be supported but nobody at xfree or ati will even talk to me, what can i do to fix this??? -munir
