Such a culinary horror could only be a desperate call for help! I clicked the entry to see if there was more to the message inside.

"Wot's this eh," asked the driver, "We don't have time to browse recipes!"

"Trust me," I said, hoping I was right. The recipe read:

  use 7 Cups Of Dramamine, 2 Eggs, and 5 Instant Sandwich crumbs, cook 1 minute.

This was in our old code system, and clearly meant "CODE IS 7251"! Just what I would need to confirm my modifications to the Building Security preferences... I could only hope that Miranda was still loyal to our side.

"30 seconds, hurry up!" As we zoomed down the street, I could see the cold frame of the UF Media building looming before us. A click, a tap, a few keypresses for Miranda's code, and I had their security system disabled -- we could sneak in the delivery entrance, find Miranda, and -- hopefully -- get out before anyone was the wiser.

The old man pulled the truck into a small alley around the corner and wished me luck. "Hey, keep the motor running," I warned, "I might have company on the way out." I grabbed the User Friendly propaganda books so that I might be mistaken for a fan of the comic if I were seen, and went looking for a way in.
