There's missing data in this problem. See John Stoole was already driving at 20 mph when Matt Abromowitz STARTED driving. He had to accelerate to 30 mph until this can become a constant. What we don't know is how long it took him to accelerate to the constant 30 mph. Then the next question is was he on cruise control or how accurate was that 20 or 30 mph.
