Here's something funny, but you have to look closely.
here is the header from the Dilbert newsletter I recieved today at precisely 5:17:37PM Eastern acording to my computer's clock, which is set by the nearest UTC master clock station A little hint is that I stated the accuracy of my CPU clock time. After the first laughable item, keep reading until you get off my ISP (RR.COM) it gets even funnier:
